UGROUP Easy Greek for Deep Study
This summer, dive into the richness of the New Testament by learning the basics of biblical Greek in a way that’s accessible, meaningful, and even fun! Whether you're brand new to Greek or just want to understand your study tools better, this U-Group is designed to help you grow in confidence and clarity as you explore God’s Word.

Together, we will:

• Learn the Greek alphabet, accents, and pronunciation
  
  
• Build familiarity with essential study tools (you'll get new, easy-to-use resources from seminary!)
  
  
• Practice reading and speaking simple Greek—especially common New Testament words
  
  
• Read through 1 John as a group
  
  
• Unpack the deep meaning of the Logos in the Gospel of John
  
  
• Explore how Greek tenses enrich our understanding of Scripture
  
  

We’ll use excerpts from Greek for the Rest of Us by William D. Mounce, along with his companion workbook. All materials will be provided—there’s no cost to join!

Note: Because each session builds on the last, participants will get the most out of this U-Group by committing to attend weekly, especially the first two sessions. While all are welcome at any time, consistency will help you feel confident and connected throughout the journey.
